Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be in its original packaging

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
